Shipping / Delivery Terms & Conditions

Metro delivey can be made up untill 24th December 5pm. Call for a prompt response and book your delivery now!

Country freight now closed for Christmas deliveries.

You can obtain a delivery estimate for the items in your shopping cart by selecting My Cart (top right of webpage) and entering your 'Shipping & Tax' information.

You will be required to select the appropriate delivery method for your item when you Proceed to Checkout.

A door to door delivery service may not be possible in some regional locations and collection from a local/regional transport depot may be required. Please contact Kayaks WA prior to processing your order if a door to door delivery service is required.

All prices provided are inclusive of GST and are for delivery of one (1) kayak only. All prices are subject to change without notice.

If you are located outside of the Perth Metropolitan area and would like to purchase more than one (1) kayak please Contact Us for delivery quotation for delivery.

Pick-Up Details
A Local Pick-up time can be arranged by emailing or calling us on 0413 153 071.

Handling, loading & unloading of the the purchased goods is at the purchasers risk.

Shipping & Delivery

Perth Metro deliveries we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Delivery will usually be within 1 week unless arranged otherwise.

Non Metro / Country deliveries are weekly, subject to stock availability, delivery days vary. Delivery insurance is optional and the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will nominate a delivery time frame, it is requested that the purchaser nominate a suitable person to attend delivery of the purchased item/s as a signature will be required at delivery.

Handling, loading & unloading of the the purchased goods is at the purchasers risk.

We will attempt to deliver to the address nominated by you.  Delivery is deemed to be effected when:

  • we receive a signed receipt or delivery docket, and/or;
  • if that address is unattended, delivery is deemed to have occurred and we may leave the goods at that address unattended, and/or;
  • if the address of delivery is unattended and we elect to re-deliver goods to you, the receiver or a third party/address, we will charge you for the costs of the re-delivery including any storage costs we may incur.  You guarantee to pay any additional charges within seven (7) days of notification;  
  • a depot or regional agent does not service a regional location and the receiver must pickup from the local depot;
  • We will not in any circumstance deliver goods to a post office box.
  • 6.3 A 'door to door' service is not possible in some locations throughout Australia.  (e.g. farms, addresses outside of regional towns, etc.)

Also, if goods are too heavy or large and a driver cannot safely pickup or deliver the goods on their own, the consignment must be dropped off or picked up from a local depot by the customer.  Costs for this are to be borne by the customer.

You are entirely responsible for insuring the goods we transport. If you fail to insure such goods we are not to be held liable to you in any way under the Contract.

Order Tracking
f a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the packaging, weight and dimensions of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders
If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 


Promo code Applies to single sit on top kayaks and is discounted in the shopping cart once the discount code is entered. only for Metro Delivery, boundaries apply. Valid 15/8/17 to end of 9/9/17.
